  Kenny was born in Virginia and spent most of his early life overseas, as his father was a communication officer for the foreign service. Communication is in Kenny’s blood and he spent over 25 years performing as a real estate site acquisition specialist for cell phone companies. Negotiating leases and permitting structures and uses through the zoning and permitting process in over 20 different states. Kenny has a history of negotiating favorable agreements.

  Kenny got a real estate degree from Irvine Valley College in December of 2002, his first Real Estate Salesperson license was issued in December of 2002, and he received a California Real Estate Broker License in March of 2009. Kenny received his Colorado Real Estate Broker license in January of 2024 and is ready to start working for you. He has experience in the Residential sales and commercial leasing of properties and a vast knowledge of land use regulations. 

  Kenny lives in Colorado with his dog Buddy and girlfriend Tamra. He has lived in Colorado since May of 2014. Kenny is looking forward to bringing all his skills to work for you as your partner in housing and investment.
